I suspect you have contracted urinary tract infection(UTI) or gornorrhea. Either of the two, a strong antibiotics will do the trick to cleanse you off of the infection. Talk to a pharmacist, they will be in a better position to recommend a good antibiotics for you.

Lastly, please go for an all round test which includes HIV and other related sexually transmitted infection.

No big deal..you probably have Urinary Track Infection which can be cured with some storing antibiotics but go do a test to determine. I would advise you don't go raw with random girls again..
