What is stopping companies from working from 9am to 3pm? I think Lagos state Government should enforce that. It's not forever.

This COVID-19 wont end anytime soon. working from 9 to 3 is as good as no work at all. Companies are struggling and will struggle to break even, So they ll need all hands on deck and more hours of work.
