I need To get rid of this, so I can stay on my own, earn my comfortable money, take good alcohol and wait till i die. I have lost the hope, I just want To be alone maintain friendships, good relationships with my students and have my limits. Sorry, It's already too late to destroy your sexual desires because you could only have destroyed it by not being born at all; BUT YOU CAN LEARN HOW TO MANAGE IT GRADUALLY UNTIL YOU HAVE A HIGH LEVEL OF CONTROL OVER IT Since you say you don't want to hear religious yada yada, I'll give you my own yada yada opinion, the most important thing is that you have identified that there is a problem, the second most important thing is WHAT DO YOU PLAN TO DO ABOUT IT? Are you just gon' give up on HUMANITY AND YOURSELF? I would advise that you cut yourself some slack, try to read some books on sex, talk to someone (a counsellor or sex therapist), try to limit your access to certain medium that tends to trigger your sexual proclivities. Subject yourself under the power of the Holy spirit through prayers and meditating on the word of God. Avoid triggers like novels with romantic storylines. Avoid sites that encourage porns and the likes. Avoid the gathering of females at all cost. Keep asking the Holy spirit to help you. He definitely will. With time, it will be a thing of the past. |
