But how do you make the crust so thin?

Roll it really flat. Flip, dust with flour so it does stick and keep rolling until you get the level of thinness you desire . I use a wooden rolling pin

Get on this dalgona coffee trend.

2 tbsp instant espresso or coffee
2 tbsp very hot water
2bsp sugar
1 cup milk of choice
Flavor of choice. I used a pinch of cinnamon and few drops of vanilla essence.

Whisk coffee, sugar and hot water until frothy (stiff peaks). Add your flavors to the milk and top with the whipped coffee. Stir and enjoy. It’s delicious.

Will nescafe coffee work for this? Did you use a hand mixer to whisk?

Nescafe will work very well with this. And it has an even nicer coffee flavor than some instant coffee you find here.

You can hand whisk ( many videos I saw were hand whisking) but it will be more time consuming than using an electric hand mixer.

I've been on 4 months no carbonated drinks and alcohol. I broke it once this year though by taking spirite...I had no choice then

Anyway, fall in love with coffee, try Vietnamese Ice Coffee (Cafe Sua Da).

This is an intensely brewed (conc) coffee and generous sweetened condensed milk. If in summer or in Nigeria add ice cubes or leave out the ice and take it warm.

The taste and outcome is heaven for those who don't like the bitter taste of coffee.

My very first time trying my hands on cake baking out of lockdown idleness. I called my favourite baker @enkaydewdrop for pound cake recipe as well as some tips. And viola!!! So fluffy and yummy. I am still shocked I baked this, without an oven.

So I've been craving banga soup for a while now,since the governor of Kaduna state decided to relax the lockdown today so we could restock,I decided to help myself to this banging banga soup and fufu.
Sad that a mudu of fresh palm kernel seeds is now 800bucks here in the north,who we offend abeg? May God help us in this trying times sad

I fried a mixture of blended onion and fresh peppers (ata rodo) in a little oil.
After frying my salted yam, I stirred them in the pepper sauce. After stirring in and taking out the turkey.
