The Abia State Marketing and Quality Management Agency has worked with Aba tailors to deliver 1 million face masks nationwide. This was made known by the director general of the agency Mr Sam Hart.

It's the last day in April 2020 and our numbers have been crunched by field analysts.

We delivered over 1 million Facemasks nationwide, paid tailors over N200 million & added 2,000 workers to the labour force in Abia State. Much grateful for all your support.

Nigeria can be self sufficient in the production of some essential commodities like this if only the government can give more support to private individuals/firms...

We don't have to be waiting for other countries to produce them for us..

I think what the s/east needs is sensitization on what covid19 really is rather than dishing out facemasks cos most of them don't even know or care about the virus.
