Generally speaking, the rule is after one year of unprotected sex and no pregnancy, a couple should suspect fertility issues.

Op, it could be 4 or 5 or 10 or even 20. I'm just quite confused to why you're telling us. We can't conduct the tests. If it does bother you, talk to her about it, share your concerns with her, find a good hospital where you can do some tests.

I had two experience. One concerning me and d other a friend of mine and all the same pattern.
Mine, I dated a girl that had abortion for her ex. Y she did d abortion was that, she never wanted but d guy couldn't take up the responsibility of the pregnancy, so at the fifth month she did the abortion. After we started dating, d guy came back and won't allow her be. She started developing feelings for guy d cause of blood of d baby that have already bonded them together. She finally dumped me and move on with him.
D second was a sister of my friend that after having several abortion for her ex, finally got married to an innocent man that up till date no child since 2012. I learnt that her ex still dey nag this girl even after married to another man.
