So I decided to try the ciabatta bread with my small electric oven. I didn't do the long hours proofing o. No time biko
Unfortunately nepa decided to bring ³/⁴ current today so the oven wasn't as hot as normal. I still got something that resembles it somehow

I was impatient and cut it while still very hot

Black - Black Gooseberries

I buy the yellow ones often but I've never seen the black ones before. Do they taste the same?

Cashews are my fav nuts and girl saaame, I tend to stick to the standard stuffs as well. Mostly because I don't like being in the kitchen though embarassed

They're my fav too. Funnily enough, I enjoy cooking more when I'm cooking for other people, if it's just for myself I can go months without doing it

This was me last year grin

I'd just be ordering food up and down. The reason why I decided to be posting on this thread daily was to motivate myself to cook, but seriously I'd rather just have them all cook for me. Imagine having cococandy or Akposy in your life. I wouldn't even need to come up with an excuse of why I can't cook, despite it being my turn grin

The leaf is called mint. You buy it, wash it, cut off the end if it is too long for the glass/cup and add hot water. If you want some sweetness, add some honey. I strongly recommend you try it. It's healthy and delicious. wink
