Thanks I got the magnesium yesterday and i have started using it. I feel a bit relaxed too. But is the effect of this supplement permanent for you? Or you had to keep on buying more?

I still have some of them till this moment ( recurring mouth ulcers, blurry vision, dizziness and swollen lymph nodes). I tested outside the recommended 6 months periods and it came out negative.
