Due to the sly and mendacious nature of men... women can only be assured of commitment through matrimony after friendship and not relationship. Relationship is a glorified tool men uses to achieve their sexual fantasies and adventure. If you are serious about her, what's the fuss about being friends first and then proposing marriage. huh?

Certificate? Wedding ceremony? I don't know. Matrimony is the ultimate "relationship" if you don't show enough signs in the first two(2) stages then you are simply not ready for matrimony yet... Sadly the relationship is an important school/exams we have to pass through and you just have to give your best ... People should just know the difference between being caring and being clingy and possessive even in matrimony... From your perspective, the "NO SEX" rule still has its potency in determining a fruitful relationship...although some men might think otherwise.. Just learn how to use your weapon perfectly..
