AZUMIRI isn't international water, it bordered other tribes, and if the say no, you can't change it, Rivers Niger has been designated as international waterway, and many countries that bordered the Niger are members
I dont know ur definition of international waters, if at all there will be a biafra which part of the boundary will fall into the area the azumini flows, are you telling me that they cant explore the river that flows from their domain direct to the Atlantic ocean? Or the danube river scenario is different from this one

SIONKPO1:
You are still ignorant,
*River is different from ocean
*For you to allow ocean to flow into river, you will need to dredge from both sides and also create passage
*Dredge your river will cause massive and continuous flooding, thereby leading to lost of lives and properties
***Biafra needs Riverine rivers,Akwa Ibom and cross river states
come to think of it,why hasn't Lagos allowed dredging so as to create canals in Oyo and Ogun to help c
International treaties have opened up rivers, which are not traditionally international, go back and read the informations I provided, you can still help youself for more research.

Azumini river isn't international water yet, River Niger has been designated as international waterway

Yet they had to build railroads, why can't they just entirely rely on water transportation? Dumbo
Dumb who propose to dredge River Niger grin, who proposed and completed Baro port, FG is currently constructing roads to link to Baro port, Igbos doesn’t have problem the Onitsha port is well situated and ready.

The moment Republic of Igboland comes into existence, Imo River which flows through Azumini and Obuaku into Atlantic, becomes an international water body and would be governed by same laws that govern other International Water bodies around the world.

This is bad news for all hostile groups down south or west or North more interested in economically strangulating Biafra than working on the success of their own region.

We are Umuchukwu. Chukwu will never forsake us if we do our part.

Nice work OP. I was just reading about the Danube Waterway before I stumbled on your thread. It's used by nearly 20 countries.

Upon all the noise they make about River Niger, the river is really not that navigable, there is a reason why the only recognized fully navigable river in Africa is The Nile. The other rivers are just seasonally navigable.

Absolute rubbish.

Azumiri is also an inland waterway. It's not international because no port or trade route there. In the advent of a breakup it automatically becomes an international waterway.

winkdanube river, nice one...same thing will happen if we get Biafra, especially my region in delta that have access to sea and we are igbos, although some igbos claim we are delta-igbo,but Yoruba's hate staying alone, they will rather Die than stay alone in a country, just two weeks.lockdown look what yorubas are doing, stealing and killing people...if only eastern region will write down laws and constitution then come together as one and leave nigeria, but Yoruba's know what that means,so that's why they are doing every thing to cause disunity between the South south and south east, they need us to stop the South east from leaving, because without us they can't do anything to Igbo's,bunch of cowards, after backstabbing goodluck they need new allies.
humm but we know those who always castigating Yoruba's for supporting Bubu.we know who can't stay in their region for business .we know who can't do without migrating to Yoruba's land for shelters. We know who is soliciting for Yoruba's supports by dishing out insult ,hates and propagandas .we know who always look for Yoruba's downfall to pave ways for their slavery with Ahusas.we know who were rated poverty region in Nigeria.
