If that lady had stabbed him and something bad happened, it's act of self defence. His greatest mistake was slapping her and on seeing it's recorded, never debunked the allegation when she continually screamed that he slapped her.

In advance countries police now wear camera vest ... so as to give full clips of event not just half concorted clips.
Any sensible panel of judges won't just start the case from the assault, there is something called investigation, the essence is to figure out pre-event i.e before the slap what happened.
Even if police catch you red handed killing sum1 dey will stil carry out an investigation on what triggered ur action. i no support anybody jus saying d fact

Judging by what the woman said, the policeman punched her first. The police didn't record that. The policeman was only calm because he's been recorded. They definitely assaulted the woman first.
