Im sad since yesterday night, make it 2 weeks I order for Redmi note 9s on Jumia, yesterday I received text message, it was cancelled due to seller unable to send cos of covid 19. I'm expecting them to call me and plan to return my money, it would give opportunity to blast them.

I order for the Green colour as at then the price was 70,999k.

Please, has anyone encounter this. Has anyone order for Redmi note 9s on Jumia been shipped.

shocked shocked shocked
I ordered for mine through jumia global and after 6 days it was shipped on the 22nd of April, Awaiting update on the order for now. However, I just checked a few minutes ago to discover that I can no longer track the order on Jumia tracking page which wasn't the case 3 days ago. I don't know if I should be worried....

2 things, Goods and Services Tax hike raised the prices by about $10 and then the Naira got devalued last week. With the CBN's intervention the Naira should appreciate and be stable by next week. Hopefully.

a friend was once in the same shoe, she was told that Xiaomi parts are not in Nigeria, so she decided to go with the devil she know, and the devil is showing her pepper now.

I started using RN4x in 2017 and Redmi note 7 a year ago, both are still strong and I've never for once open the two devices till date.

Xiaomi devices are nice, and i don't think u will be needing their parts once you can handle them well.

finally, critically evaluate what u want in a phone, and if there is any Xiaomi device that tick all the boxes, then you won't regret buying their device..... the choice is yours
Thanks bro, I read some of their specs and I'm at awe, really. I just wanna be careful. Thanks again

Ok. Will try this. Thanks.

Google Services Tax? You mean the GST (Goods and Services Tax) hike in India? Would that affect global prices?

Go to the updater that is settings>about phone>system update. Click the option and select "choose update package". Or just click on the miui logo several times. Follow the instructions and search for the downloaded rom, select iit and install.

Use a download manager to download the rom, otherwise bad network will disrupt the download process

You can try Redmi Note 8, though it's a little bit above your 70k budget, or Tecno Pouvoir 3 Plus for 61k.

Furthermore, the data connection of the phone stays connected all the time in standby mode by default, even when you are asleep in the night.
There's an option to set when the connection should be disconnected. Minutes after you lock the phone.
The connection comes back on immediately you unlock it again. Follow the screenshots below..

I made my order on 18 of last month, seller : Gamiss. After 6 days items were shipped. I bookmark my tracking page. Just check, it still trackable. Items in Hongkong.

But going through order history will show no product.
