Good evening fam! I have 2 plots (120ft x 120ft) of land in Awoyaya, and I intend to fence the land early next year. However, some friends are advising me to develop a 3 bedroom flat on the land instead of fencing it. My intention is to fence the land pending when i have enough money to erect a good edifice. Please I need your opinion. |
