Owerri airport made far more revenue that all South West airport outside Lagos combined ....even tho it was closed for most part of the 3 years

I wonder how Owerri airport that imo people built became federal government airport ....

Give the states this airport let's see who is who

If none of the SE airports are not among the top busiest airports in Nigeria, how logical is it possible for Imo to generate income more than Lagos not to talk of other airports in SW?

Don't get aggressive cos I am not the one who slapped you but the facts

I thought you included Lagos amongst the SW states.

Still still all the income generated by all the SE airports don't reach Lagos own alone.

How about that

If a state is created today their first ambition is airport. Every state needs airfields but not every state needs airport.

In SW for instance I willl recommemd airport for Lagos and Osun, thats it!

Ekiti, Ondo can use Airport at Osun as their primary. The airport must be located away from any State capital. Carriage ways built to connect it to the states served primarily by it - Osun, Ekiti, Ondo. It serves as backup for Lagos, Ogun, Oyo.

Lagos airport will serve Ogun, Oyo as primary and secondary for Ekiti, Osun, Ondo.

I disagree. It's the year 2020. An airport gives each state the independence desired to engage the world economy. Reduces dependence on national dependence, allowing the population to independently forge own destiny.

Remove Abuja, Lagos and PH which are all international airport, state-owned Owerri airport made more money than all Yoruba airports combined.

Some of us knew already that the OP didn't make this thread as a headline news, he's indirectly mocking the prospect of Enugu airport seeing the light of the day. Reading from behind and gauging your reactions.

See, yoruba intrigues is far from neutrality. It's all about monopoly.

Monopolize the seaports

Monopolize the southern airports

They know if Enugu intl airport is open , that will serve the South East and some axis of South South .
A Yoruba man is naturally lazy. They hardly thrive where competition is tensed.
