You will need to extract the audio separately. You can use Otter dot ai although they recently tightened their limits

Yes, max limit of 600 minutes and three file uploads. The audio quality has to be decent for you to get a usable transcript though.

To send it PayPal will deduct a fee, so the recipient will probably receive $4.40 or thereabouts. Then PayPal charges $5 for withdrawal. You should just buy airtime with your $5 because it's not up to anything in PayPal terms. Use recharge dot com or etopuponline dot com and you should get 1k airtime for $4 or thereabouts
