Don't you think this has a lot to do with society constantly telling women that good wives have to always pray for their husbands and their families while putting no such pressure on men.

You've said it yourself countless times that people are a product of how they raised amongst other things. And the reality is that most Nigerian girls today are taught these values from a young age. They're taught these things implicitly and explicitly and the ones who mange to break free from these shackles are refered to as 'not normal' or 'not average' by a lot of men here. My point is that it's not fair to place such generalizations on women when they're constantly getting the short end of the stick. We can't conclusively tell if women are actually like that or they're made by society to be like that- I'll vote for the later though.

No, it's not right, if it happens he might have used Jazz on her. It's not normal to change ownership of your property to a spouse unless one has been brain washed. If she has kids it's even a worse decision. I feel such men actually use things on such women. However, if both are married and acquire such properties together then both of their names should be in the title documents or shared as agreed

They still maintain the interest payment but I don't know if it's still 6.2% per annum cause it's not all the month I keep to the 100k minimum balance. I move all fund to MMF

Do you believe I still stick to TB even at 3.7%, my last investment last month. Do you believe I surpassed my 2020 target since February. Like I always say, I don't need too much money but enough to fend with while preserving my capital. The higher your capital, which is a function of your long investment, the more your interest despite low rate. This season, am still very ok as long as I surpass my targets. We are here to encourage others as I was encouraged. So those thinking they have small amount, the price is for you to start especially if you have steady salary, in few years, you wouldn't feel it as your capital must have trippled.

Am saving my capital and uses the upfront to cater for my family. At low rate with huge capital, you can comfortably pay fees and maintain house and drink beer, its still enough. I have out grown my salary, i don't touch my salary. I run with the interest.

If any woman wants to go into joint ownership of property , she should be able to follow up in all angles and protect her interest both in legal and family wise . If possible work hard and invest on your own as most men nowadays are looking for soft landing in relationship with opposite sex . I’m a victim , lost a property in ogudu bought 2012 cost then 12m naira for full plot , I didn’t follow up as I was believing my ex is protecting my interest . Later I found out he only used his name to secure the property even though I contributed 60% of the value. Now am wiser and better .#Women beware#
