It used to be about a 20minute drive, now it takes 2 hours due to the bad roads. OKOWA has the perfect excuse to not do anything till he finishes his second term in 2023. He will claim he spent all the monies trying to fight COVID-19. He didn't build isolation centers, he did not equip the hospitals, he didn't build emergency hospitals and didn't offer any palliatives during the lockdown instead, he called on rich Deltans to help
