Nice one Arakunrin Aketi, not like that audio Governor called S.

I'm afraid this man might not get second term, because Ekiti and Ondo will never appreciate your efforts.

It's very hard to get second term in those two states.

Exactly my thought.

Mimiko got a second chance, even though he did almost nothing in his second tenure.

I just hope AKETI will not go the ways of mimiko if he wins his second term

A pure assembly plant with a foreign name whereas the indigenous manufacturer, Innoson, is bearing its brand name and making more and more of its parts within the country. Tomorrow now yorubas will claim to be the first to start manufacturing trucks in Nigeria in the same way they claimed UI is the first university in Nigeria whereas it is UNN. Lol, u don win na. Just simple post abt a state kick-starting an assembly plant, u started a competition between the said plant and another plant whose name was not mentioned it the post. U even went ahead to expose ur ignorance abt the 1st schl in Nigeria-a topic that is not related to the post. Pls, may I ask dis sincerely question. who are u competing with?. Why do u hate any good thing that is not from ur region?.

WHY ARE WE YOUTH- THE FUTURE LEADERS OF THIS COUNTRY- SO TRIBALISTIC.

Thank you sir for this. You made my day

Mr Friend. If Nigeria was restructured that plant may not be situated in Ekiti. But don't ask me which state it will be situated.

It will be situated in THE State that will need it badly enough to give that industrialist the best deal, perhaps free land or cheap industrial property in estates serviced with stable independent power, crazy tax waivers and other incentives.

And then when the industrialists settle in ensure the State is secure, friendly and progressive. The government will not go about demolishing property at a whim but insist on due process. The government won't tolerate extortion from urchins or intolerance from religious zealots because like Dubai they need the resources lost to a failed crude oil utopia.

Just like a person who has no other source of income takes his job seriously and directs his expenses productively Nigeria is not and will not develop as long as there is free money aka allocation. As long as there is free money we will never elect cerebral, visionary, goal getters. We we never elect real leaders.

Forget corruption, forget tribal divisions, forget nepotism and all the social evils besetting Nigeria. Once the party is over through restructuring everyone will find a way to survive. They will find who CAN DO and tell their brothers and tribesmen to take a hike. They will watch over who they give a penny like a hawk. They will see their leaders driving limousines and frown instead of hail. No one will tell the police not to arrest and prosecute the thief in chief.

We are dancing around probity and development because the music of free money is still playing.

...this is highly political and we all know it is a paid for thread just to get to front page. This only portrays how politicians can go in order to fulfil their wishes, this moniker was registered not long ago and already most of your topics if not all end up in the front page.

Back to the main stuff, it is audio and would later fold up probably in the second tenure of Aketi

With all the pictures you posted, You didnt share that of the assembly line. Anybody can just park a number of trucks in a compound and call it an assembly line.

This is very outrageous. So you have a problem with the fact that almost all my posts get to front page despite the fact they are developmental and positive news.

People like you are so used to bad news that you think every good news you see was paid for. God knows a dime was never paid to any of the mods to push my thread to the FP. The last time I checked, if your thread is good and worthy of the front page, it will definitely get there. But you're here beefing me. You have to get used to the positive news from me because more are still coming.

I expect to find at least a reasonable comment here but none. Where is the industrial hub. Akeredolu can't claim to have an industrial hub in Ore because I stay in there. The linyl factory is just a decorative presence if it ever exist. How can you claim to have an industry in Ore without a whisper of it among the town people. I thought this campaign has been suspended only for me to see it here again. In fact, I have forgotten about a so-called linyl industrial hub completely. Haaa. Ore power supply that can barely charge a phone. This area could go on three weeks power outage. Aside ore town, the remaining three local government in Ondo south hasn't seen electricity since 2014.

Dimwit before getting into an argument do your research and get your facts right.
Was Google existing at the time of its creation. It's the history your ancestors wrote and fed google.
The person that helped establish it, Zik, was the same person who seeing the very operational limitations of the college decided to establish a full fledged degree awarding university with full rights which became UNN founded in 1955.
So first full fledged degree awarding university in Nigeria is the university of Nigeria which wasn't an affiliate of any foreign university and without any limitations. What you had in Ibadan was a mere college ran at the behest of an actual foreign university which wasn't awarding any degrees of its own uptil 1967 as against 1955 UNN was founded independent of any foreign university to award its own degrees.
Exactly what I'm pointing out here is how nitwits like you will write another history to claim the foreign truck assembly plant on this thread is the first truck manufacturing plant in Nigeria...oloshi...ole.

I should ask you where you reside. Ore electricity is nothing more than a flash of candle light. This town could go on blackout for 2 weeks.I stay in Iroju street named after the current Ondo state deputy speaker. My house is just beside his building. In fact, the area is known for having the best power supply in Ore, yet it is grossly inadequate. Let me give you a example, the entire month of April did not witness up to ten days of eleictric power supply. Two days after Easter, Ore went on for close to two weeks without any traceable course. Even before then, there has been blackout and erratic supply for weeks.
