Bro return the Thermocool and get the LG GEN cool, I almost made this mistake of buying the thermocool genpal last week, thanks to the Ac installer i asked dye minute. IF you are going to buy the thermocool, better you buy the normal one + 5000 w stabilizer. I nought the 1hp LG gen cool last week and trust me it has been bliss. I sleep with a very thick sweater and duvet now, else I will freeze and sometimes I have to off it. My area light is always low(it wouldn't even carry my Hisense microwave), and the ac is working perfectly regardless. Though more expensive, 1hp is 156k + 13k installation (Foauni wouldn't sell without installation fee) think the 1.5hp is like 177k or so

Can I return it, I got it from haeir thermocool distributor.

how come everyone is having bad experience with thermocool??
and the funny part is my washing machine,fridge and gen are all THERMOCOOL PRODUCT and it gives me TOTAL peace of mind.
the only LG product i have in my house is My tv and sound system.
i will surely try that lg ac later on and see for my self

as for the experience with my thermocool ac, I will give it 7 over 10

am not a thermocool seller but THERMOCOOL PRODUCT can't be as bad as this...!

pls call your installer to come and check what he installed and teach you extra settings..!

Someone adviced me to buy Panasonic over of LG gencool, even if you buy the gencool, you'd still need a stabilizer if your voltage isn't regulated ....

I got a 1.5hp Panasonic and 5k watts stab and I'm falling in love with it... Currently using it in my 1 bedroom apartment, At 16 temperature, I'm almost freezed and I can feel it in every room and corner....

But from my research, most Gen cool users have been gịven bad report abt the cooler. I will def go for LG

I am using normal Haier thermocool 1.5HP. Initial it was not cooling very well and I noticed Ice on the condenser. I called the installer, he topped gas and the AC cools very well now. I must wear clothes if I am to sleep with it. From room temperature of 39_21. Before it stops at 27. But the vertical fan is not swing well.
