As far as I'm concerned there has never been any interstate/country lockdown. People have been travelling to different States initially at night but now even during the day,the only difference is the hike in transport fare. I know of so many that travelled to Cotonou and returned. What will you say about the lockdown? Msssssssssshhh.........this whole thing is getting boring day by day jare.
