You can actually but, the chances of getting to her is not high, unless you're a celebrity, notable person or socialite. I think you might crack your bank to get a date with her, she likes class and quality stuff. Shopping date and exotic dates would be quite expensive, dinner date looks cool, a restaurant like L'Artusior or The NoMad Restaurant in New York could be a good place.
Aside that, you should think about "how do I meet her". Some celeb do have fan times, IDK if she got time for fans.
