Rice porridge( don’t know if it has a Nigerian equivalent) with bread and egg. It’s mostly eaten with sugar and milk and is a common and much eaten breakfast in Ghana. Quick and easy to make. You’re invited.

Today's my hubby's birthday.Please who in the world hates cake, doesn't even like jollof rice?
I asked him "so what do you want for your birthday?"He said "Baby, you know i am not big on birthdays, Just cook my favourite soup then make poundo with it for lunch".

I just finished cooking not long ago....Egusi pepper soup with chicken,dry fish and cowhead .I also made his favourite Chinese veggie stirfry sauce to be taken with rice and dodo for dinner.

So someone is grinning like a Cheshire cat, waiting to devour his food..Never met a man so easy to please,gosh! It's a win win win for me anyways..As a lazy wife,i always cook most meals in bulk to freeze for weeks to come.
