Yes, there is. Is mostly call kunun gyeda. We use groundnut and rice use in making tuwo to make it.

Rice porridge( don’t know if it has a Nigerian equivalent) with bread and egg. It’s mostly eaten with sugar and milk and is a common and much eaten breakfast in Ghana. Quick and easy to make. You’re invited.

So someone is grinning like a Cheshire cat, waiting to devour his food..Never met a man so easy to please,gosh! It's a win win win for me anyways..As a lazy wife,i always cook most meals in bulk to freeze for weeks to come.

I’ll try it. I never have but if I have the opportunity, I’ll give it one taste. Never tried ewedu too . The color and slime used to put me off it. But I’m willing to give it a taste if I see it.

I imagine it'll taste good since it's beans.

There's even a Brazilian version of it called frejon ( I would have made it if not for the process) which is mostly eaten on Good Friday.
Some parts of Brazil share similar culture with the Yoruba people.
