It can be due to manufacturer error (Airbus in this Case), Airline error (PIA) in this case or many other reason.

Lot's of things can lead to an aircraft crash.

a plane packed for months because of lockdown need serious service b4 another flight. If care is not take more of this can happen over the world. A plane engine doesn't like idleness.

Plane crash, the worst way to die, imagine the thoughts of the passengers and crew as the descend to their deaths.
