Olodo! Your brain is frozen. BVN is a confidential number that can never be displayed for public view. There is no way Saharareporters will display it as they will be breaching Obasa privacy. They can be taken to court for that and they will loose. The only way their story is solid is because someone working against Obasa who is supplying them the documents has the BVN, so Saharareporters has the BVN too but will not show it.

Kindly post your BVN on this site now if you can.

Stop being hasty.

Sahara Reporters actually posted a list of accounts with their singular BVN.

The magic is that none of those accounts bear Obasa's name.

So on what basis can you claim they are his?

Saharareporters should go n sit down. Good investigative journalism is coming out with evidence that those accounts contain proceeds of fraudulent means and how much each account contains.

I have 3 accounts in 3 banks with nothing inside but with the same BVN.

Maybe Obasa is Adebayo David. At least that's what SR and their gossip is saying..

Even if that is what they are claiming, they haven't presented the BVN for David Adebayo.

Apparently reason to believe standard of education is very low in Nigeria. You did not do English Comprehension at all while attending school? Or the article is badly written? The same problem.

while idiotic dunce spend their whole life reading an article of no economic importance, smart people skim through and pick points

try and be smart next time, Mr Comprehension

But they can display people's name with their date of birth and even account number?

Where I s the proof that this rubbish belongs to the man on question? Where? All you have is a typed up rubbish without any official or institutional affiliation.

How gullible can you be?

So far, no evidence.

Source suspect.

Name given on singular BVN shown doesn't tie his name for other accounts with his name as no BVN shown.

Stop making stupid assertions.

The 2 separate details show one belonging to Obasa yet no BVN was shown.

For the account belonging to Savage and sundry other businesses a single BVN was shown.

What corroborated both parties?

It has to be the BVN but it was not shown for Obasa.

You folks can't put 1 and 2 together. Of course they won't display the BVN of anybody in a new story. Because they are not showing it does not mean they don't have it. It is basis of their story, They are not just saying he has multiple bank accounts. That is not the issue. There is no law against that. The problem is the account has different names tied to different dates of birth, the only thing that is unique for the account will be the BVN. That is the basis of the news. Don't expect a news media to display someone's BVN. It is like asking CNN to be showing the Social Security Number of an American they are covering for committing fraud. It's not done. That is the standard.

Read the comment just above. A BVN is a like a social security number in the USA. You can't share it with anyone else except your bank or government agency when demanded. It is confidential. Saharareporters can be taken to court if they display it in the news. They know the law.

No sane news media will display a BVN that is supposed to be a confidential number in a new story. It does not mean they don't have it.

Stop changing your story and tying yourself in knots.

You claimed Sahara Reporters cannot present an individual's BVN but they did.

Funny enough, the BVN they showed doesn't display Obasa's name.

It is rather strange that none of the names on the lists bear Obasa.

Why publish stories that make no sense ?

It is very glaring that this basterd has evil agenda to loot Lagos State treasury. So annoying to realise that a figure we see as a political leader is nothing but a five star thief.

So where's that of Obasa?

CNN won't dare show people's bank account, expose their date of birth or anything revealing about their bank info.

...but such crude and lawless behavior is tolerated in Nigeria.

Let me help you. Whoever generated that document initially used the BVN to do a search within a banking system or government financial crime system, which then show all the bank accounts with the names and other details that is tied to that BVN. You guys should use your common sense now. An agency like EFCC or other relevant financial regulatory institution should have such tool. I also expect banks to have such tool.

I don't need to prove anything.

I'm simply saying this report isn't evidential.

It neither displays Obasa's name nor BVN amongst the entire columns.

So what is the point of displaying nothing?

I don't have time for brainless individuals or maggots defending their comrades. If you don't know how things work just move on. Is Obasa your father or uncle? That document suggest that a search was done using his BNV and it display all accounts tied to the BVN. It's as simple as that. Go ask the banks if you want to confirm what you are asking for.
