Too easy. Mind what you eat and drink. Portion your food and never eat past 2000 hrs. Keep a very very tight and regular workout regimen. And try to sleep at least 6 to 8 hours every day. Works like a charm.

When i took my first bite i thought i was eating Mr Biggs meat pie. Brings back some solid memories. Soft, crumbly and yummy. My wife nearly faint with joy. If no be dis lockdown i for no efen know say this things easy to make i swear. Since i no fit go anywhere i might as well make the best of it.

Lol. There is nothing feminine about cooking and eating na. Anyway, for me cooking is a coping mechanism. It thoroughly relaxes me. I don't know why that is so don't ask me.
