Good day everyone!
Please I want to know if there is anyone,who expirenced something like this before and how it was resolved .
I want to change the name on my National ID,and the requirements is that I must come with a valid ID,newspaper pub,court affidavit.I don't even have any other valid ID,and thats the reason why I wanted to get this national ID. I'm confused on what to do now,because without NIN ,I can't apply for international passport..

Please help ,if you have idea on how I can this.

I know of someone who used state of origin certificate too as ID, but I don't know if they still accept that.

Thanks for your reply Sir. No,I don't.. Do you know,if I can get it without using NIN ,as it is for International passport now? Again, me never sabi drive like that. What do you think sir?
