The closet I had came in contact with a ghost was when a very close, dear family member died years ago. So we all went for the burial. This was someone I missed so much and would have done whatever I could to have her back. Before then, I have heard stories about ghosts appearing and all those spooky things. My most memorable ghost stories were even from this deceased relative. I was well informed about ghosts, so I thought.
So, I was determined that if this person ever appeared to me, I was going to hold her down, raise alarm and never let her go back to wherever she was coming from. I was that determined.
It happened that one of the nights after she was buried, I went outside at the backyard of the house to pee, lo and behold there she was at the other end staring at me directly. In that darkness I could not quite make out her face but the body stature was so real; I couldn't have missed it.
If I had wasted time to second guess, I reckoned I would missed my only chance of capturing her back to life. I acted very fast and swift. In one quick dash, I sprung towards her and circled my arms around her in that mixed feeling of fear and excitement. I didn't care one bit about the consequences of my action, all I wanted was to have her back. She made to free herself but my grips were iron tight.
Then she called my name in utter surrender, that was when I recognized the voice. It was one of my aunties who had also came for the burial and was outside to also pee. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.
It was a very closed call for me to had seen a real ghost.

yup,that's when it dawn on the dead person that they are truly dead.during the time of their disturbance,they aren't aware they are neither here nor there because they haven't been summoned to the other realm.
It's a natural phenomenon,just as a man needs a woman,a plant needs soil,living things needs food,a Nigerian guy with above 150k in his account (driving pencil light Camry/honda baby boy) and do you know who I am in ATM queue over small misunderstanding etc so are dead people and soil. The worse are those that died in their prime of their lives without owning landed properties hardly rest(reason most wives, family members,relatives) encourages people to build house first,even if he can't finish it,his children will(men especially),Kids rushes to complete uncompleted building of deceased parent/rush to build before burying parents) worst is abandoning ones father's house to collapse after their demise or selling of deceased parent properties without making alternative replacement,even if it's one room or shop,they usually come to torment their kids, things are really happening that people hardly take notice of.
For those that died before their prime,natural elements like salt,water,sand,weed or any plant which emit strong scent that can cause hallucination do chase them from environment. Ever wonder why white cloth is placed under,side or on top the corpse in a casket or why candles are placed on top grave and lit from d day the person is buried to at least 3 to 7days..I pity people who say ghost don't exist..why do ambulance drivers always have dry gins with them and don't make use of side or rear mirrors when conveying corpses,they always tie palm fronds on the vehicleand moves in convoy with double indicator/trafficator..
Won't want to share experience I had years ago when I was younger because it wasn't funny as at that time,if not for God and my parents,I would have crossed over.

Those saying ghost don't exist,it's like you don't know this body is just hardware/casing, the software is what keeps us alive,once the software is recalled by the manufacturer, hardware crashes and software exit the casing.
Those who died in their primes mostly tries to communicate with humans and get angry when ignored,it's their anger that caused those banging noise, heavy wind or light flickering..
Those saying ghost don't exist,when next there is a funeral in your hood,get a very big mirror and use it to view the casket while backing it,if you are able to live to tell what you saw,then God in on your side.

It all started Last week When a neighbor next to my apartment died without nobody noticing for 2 days until she started smelling. We didn't actually suspect that it was from her room until someone came looking for her because she wasn't answering her phone, which was still ringing inside and the door was locked from the inside that was how we knew she was dead, already swollen because the last time we saw was Sunday night and we didn't know untill Tuesday that she was dead.

All this happened last week. Later that Tueday family and friends with police came to evacuate her corpse. No foul play or any struggle seems she died in her sleep. She was young and a very playful lady and lively. She is 36 years old single mother and she lives.

So the haunting started 2 days later. The First one happened around 2am, My girlfriend said she saw someone looking like standing by the door outside just staring straight at her, there was no light and the window was open, so when she pointed torch light she saw nothing but when she switch the torch light, she saw the shadow of the same person. That really scared shit out of me because she later told me in the morning.

The second was last night. Someone was banging seriously on the toilet window because it's an iron window. The banging continue for almost 3hours. It was double banging as if someone was knocking hard. I doubt it was someone when I try I check I couldn't find anyone there, few minute later the banging continue till around 4.30am when mosque call out for prayer. And I could here some here some sound like someone walking in the next room where she died, no one was home. Her sister refuse to sleep in the room so it was locked.

Please help, how can I get rid of this unwanted disturbances. I don't know what to do. This last night scare me to the bone. The funniest thing. No one heard this banging except me. The other neighbors have different theory.

Anyone experience this kind of thing before? How did you handle it?

you are just so are bro.... My village compound is very close to a morgue not fenced, just a house and people are living the next flat from it... They bring different types of people.... No one is scared no one sees anything.. children play around as per village social life....


When my Friend died, we ( his other friends) saw things,heard things, men we dreamt things.. someone moved into his bunk, and life was normal and nothing went in after that.

Why didn't you hear things till after she was found??..
It's phsyo stuff... Your brain is distressed because somthing you didn't expect happened and the things you normally hear or watch or even think about those kinda scenes will creep in... On a normal you would have seen a shadow and ignored it, but you are scared of the next room so anything from that angle will prompt your brain to quickly interpete it to suit the tension...




Listen in the us the people believe ghosts wear normal clothes ( maybe their favorite clothes when they were alive), bang things, creak things, shake stuff,... So If any occurance of death happens, quickly your brain digs it's achives and tells you what will happen and automatically tension sets in....
In Nigeria people believe ghosts wear white and walk with their feet above the ground, guess what? Go online and ghosts stories will come in the same white costumed character...

She sometimes leave home early and when am around she doesn't come to my apartment. I saw her that Sunday night. The way her door net was. You will think she's not around and her kid wasn't around since the lockdown, why her sister is with her husband. She lives not far. Her brother who are far away that notice something is wrong, when they didn't talk through out Monday to Tuesday morning, because they always talk of the phone nearly everyday. Anyway she as been buried on Wednesday and the the activities as reduce. Because before then when we sit outside we always feel this Chill cold Air that makes you feel like your head is swelling.
