Also how we end a day, have a great impact on how we lead our life. So let look for few things happily married couple do before bed. 1. They go to bed same time. Couple that sleep together stay to together. 2. They never entertain phone calls or messages. 3. They never go to bed angry. Going to bed angry, this is a very bad habit that can mess up home gradually and destroy relationship. 4. They do not carry work to the bedroom. If you always think about work or always on laptop please do not do it when going to bed..... Let tomorrow worries by itself. 5. They keep their bedroom clutter free and gadget free.
