Yes o, if it is not Ibo, then it is nobody else. After God, Ibo is next & we even have the highest property ownership & population in heaven & hell. After the indigenes of haven & hell, the Ibo is next in population. In fact there are quiet billionaires in Ebonyi who are way richer than Bill Gates & Jeff Bezos.

That means those with 45% share has the money and expertise for exploration.

Goes to show that she just has an oil well but do not explore the oil by herself. Abi?
If you check what your brother posted out of spite, you would realize that those investors brought 100% capital

A quick check of the capital make up of the Agbami oil fields on the internet would reveal that $1bn was spent to develop it.

Further check would indicate that it's the third largest producing well outside of the ones held by Mobile and Chevron themselves.

Please tell me how she can develop that herself?

And oh! majority of companies with 40% stake are foreign companies.

Only in Nigeria will people be making noise so shamelessly about a former hairdresser who fraudulently obtained an oil well.

That woman symbolizes everything that is wrong with Nigeria and should never be celebrated. I mean what are we teaching the younger generation if we continue to mention her when there are lots of actual role models like that Uju of Brittania U.
[/s]Trash. Na she be cause of your family retrogression?

Don't mind him cheesy

With her level of production, she would be barely making enough to break even.

And apparently with loan repayment, she would not even be among the top ten richest women in Nigeria.

Brittania-U Nigeria bought a stake in the Ajapa Marginal Field, an oil and gas field which is believed to have reserves worth $4.3bn. They took advantage of a government initiative for the development of marginal fields, and raised money through local investors. In additional to Brittania-U Nigeria, Uju Ifejika has established Data Appraisal Co. Ltd. (2001), Nexttee Oil & Gas Trading Co. Nigeria Ltd. (2009), and Brittania-U Ghana Limited (2010).

I hate rain on your parade but Britania or whatever produce only 1000 barrels per day cheesy

Agbami oil fields produce 250,000 barrels per day and Alakija gets 10% of the revenue

10% of 250,000 is 25,000 barrels just so you know

That is 25× Uju revenue.

I just want to let you know cheesy

Alright.

You just confirmed the op assertion that she was not into oil exploration. He might not really be interested in the why.

Thanks for the info anyway, we learn everyday.

So why is she into the partnership with Chevron and Petrol Brazil

You think drilling an oil well is like drilling drilling a local well for water.

Or building an oil rig is building a three bedroom bungalow? grin
