A big Congratulations on your TRV crowning success. Wow shocked shocked shocked, this approval came so fast amidst the system maintenance today, please do you mind sharing a screenshot. I really would like to know what you did differently in this new application. Frankly speaking, I applaud your tenacity towards achieving your Canadian dreams and the capacity to recover quickly from your previous visa refusal. Its quite emulating for others. I'm also delighted to be part of your success story.

As always, it will end in praise.

Good morning y'all..

A quick one,

Can someone apply for a study permit even after paying 97% of his/her tuition fee..?
(Though I know its not compulsory to pay Tuition fee bfor apply for a Study Permit)

What warranted this question is that, Paying tuition fee in CANADIAN dollars from Nigeria didn't fall through, so we asked the skool, Can we pay in USD $, and they said YES...

So after doing the conversion of Tuition fee in USD dollars to Canadian dollar , it seemed sufficient enuf... But when the school sent the Payment receipt, there was a remaining balance of $344 CAD left.... I.e Tuition fee - $18,121CAD, got a receipt of $17,777 CAD..

I concluded probably it's the Charges here in Nigeria ( Form A), Senders charges & Charges of the Financial institution in Canada that affected that 18K CAD and ended with 17K CAD payment..

So is it safe to say ONE HAS PAID HIS/HER FULL TUITION FEE ,

Note:I Paid the Tuition fee with a DORM ACCOUNT

Thanks
Does Anyone have a response to my enquiry for clarification reason

@Frankrobbn1 @Justmellow @Naijaforeigner @mcobex or anyone who has an answer to this

Thanks..

The NIGERIAN STUDENT EXPRESS ROUTE is not official yet, its something still in progress..
They jz only notified the public about it

Yes it would suffice, u can upload ur IELTS result for ur Visa Application

Boss, it's general IELTS , not academic. General IELTS is for immigration purpose, I don't know if that could raise any concern?...

Thanks Once again my brother. Remain blessed!

Frankrobbn1:

You don't require any signature for online applications. Upon uploading of documents into its various columns as per the online checklist, you will be promoted to use your full name as written on your passport to electronically sign and transmit the documents to IRCC for due visa processing.

Hello House

My profile is:
Age - 31
Degree - Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Experience - 7 years and counting in Construction in the middle east

I intend to take the study route to Canada by doing a diploma in IT which gives a 3 years post study visa. I have read about visa denials when one opts for diploma. Do I stand a good chance?

If I proceed, it will be fully self financed. Will that pose a problem during visa application? I intend to use my assets and properties in Nigeria as a proof of ties to Nigeria.

I'd appreciate your valuable contributions.

Chief. Good day. Please how can I get in touch? Want to get info at the KWC region. I'm considering settling there after Corona.

I can't send PMs at this time. Would appreciate it if granted audience.

Please how often do students get visa from Brock University?

Frankrobbn1:

These courses are not difficult as you think. It's a prerequisite online course that can be completed within a month after proper training and preparations on ground. I believe she will be able to meet up with the grade stated (70%). On another note, if she doesn't meet up with the minimum requirement from the school she might not have a seat reserved for her in the accepted term and the 200k+ which she must have spent for the online courses will be forfeited.

There are good chances of securing a VISA with Royal Roads University BC, Canada. Although only a few number of applicants got their visa with this school, while others are still struggling after couple of refusals. Meanwhile, this is not to discourage you in any way but that's my honest observations about the school.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns as regards this matter, don't hesitate to seek for counsel.

It will end in praise.

Great congratulations my brother. I admire your determination. It’s a great encouragement. Did you eventually use an immigration lawyer for this your 4th application?

After celebration tinz please don’t forget to help the rest of us out with your thoughts on what made the difference in all your previous applications because I seem to remember that you had even paid your full tuition for your third application and yet you were denied.

Just a quick advise.

Please when submitting your application, always crosscheck your CV and make sure it tallies with your SOP. You cannot claim a work experience on your SOP & your CV has not been recently updated or the job responsibilities where not properly specified.

Also try to put your documents in a folder and name them accordingly, to avoid mistakes.
A colleague of mine mistakenly uploaded Msc certificate instead of Bsc certificate, after claiming she has not done Msc. (She did not want to disclose it in terms of red flags). She got her GCMS notes today and it was highlighted that application shows no study progression as applicant already has a obtained a degree in the same field. It was when she cross checked, that she discovered that she uploaded the wrong certificate

Always crosshcheck documents uploaded before submission.

Goodluck to everyone

JustMellow:

Hello Gugu40,

This is my logical suggestion and I WOULD TRY to leave it pithy. Clearly, it will help her application more if you are part of the sponsorship intent burdening more of the financial commitment or responsibility. However, if the case doesn't go this way, no worries! Your sister and act as a stand-alone co-sponsor and you as the sponsor or vice-versa. Since she operates a joint account and also a signatory to the account, her spouse can issue a letter of consent/approval/permission to support her sponsorship claim. Meaning that your sister has to also include a separate letter of sponsorship.

Now, this is my suggestion of what I will do:

1. You will act as the main sponsor and your sister can be the co. Argue that she played a sponsorship and support role in your family relocation outside your home country to achieve an utmost purpose i.e. study, business etc. Further deliberate more on her assistance hitherto to the present sponsorship intent. If possible, list and date her financial obligations.

2. Get your sister to use some millions of 7-8 in opening a FD or Treasury Bill in your name and then wait a short while before liquidation. The liquidated funds will then be transferred into your personal account, using the FD or TB as injustifiable proof to tackle lump sum deposit. Both letters of sponsorship should coherently address the origin and source of funds. The letter(s) should contain therein that your sister is the custodian of your movable properties and sole representative in your home country. Thus, you've been saving through her or has been engaged in a financial investment with her for a period of time and then show proof.

3. Now with your BS abroad and home coupled with your spouse's BS, sister's BS and part tuition fees receipt/scholarship; you would be able to strengthen not only the financial aspect but also the sponsorship intent.

4. Endeavour to show home ties to your home country rather than your country of residence, as I want to believe that you've stronger home ties to home country than your CoR given your profile analysis.

All the best

Thanks for the reply.
God bless you. Thanks.

Actually there is really no sequence, but an arrangement and classification will be very essential

All those documents of employment, Police character, Degree cert, SOP etc. Will be uploaded in CLIENT INFORMATION[/b] and since there is not place to upload each of those documents, U gonna merge it together into one PDF file. use the online tool below to merge ur PDF files...

In order to make it cool in terms of arrangement and not in a scattering manner, u can categorise dem amd list them on a Table of Content format (using MS Word) and type arrange dem
