We should indeed ask ourselves, if there are indeed no working isolation centres in Kano, then where have they been housing patients?

Or are we also going to agree that there are no patients in Kano?
Common sense cant be forcefully impressed into the heads of those who deliberately thrown theirs in the trash.

When I saw the video of the empty centre under construction this morning, it didnt take more than common sense to know it was obviously a centre not in use. But how do you expect people who have refused to use their brains to know that?
