India, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Iran, Egypt all country uses Keke

India, china and Thailand have very efficient and fast Subway type Electric Train systems yet they allow Keke because its necessary, sometimes you just need to go 5 km and going to Metro Train will consume your 10 minutes by then you can already reach your destination by KEKE
May be politicians think that Nigeria is now more Developed then India, China, Thailand.

Whatever the Lagos state govt plans to do,they must first seek for ways to employ the okada and keke owners who will lose their source of income.Ignoring these people will definitely increase the crime rate in the state.

Why can't the governors of their different states employ them?.
