Tested Glo, Airtel, Mtn on a friend phone running china rom and their Lte networks are very stable. And you can install google play or any other app of your choice on it if you like
NB: just make sure it's original Xiaomi phone

China rom is a software. Some global version of phones come with China rom. You can flash both ROMs on your phone if it supports it.

But he was referring to phones made for Chinese market, hardware-wise and not rom

Nokia is a good device

Although I haven't used any of their android devices. So I cannot say what it will be like. Oppo too makes sense from advertisements I have seen. Samsung is way too expensive. And their screens costs alot to repair. Very crazy brand, I will use my phones money to repair screen. I die there.

Infinix is that brand that gives you all round satisfaction

I didn't expect to be overwhelmed like this 5 mentions nau nau. Abeg I'm just a fan of the note 7. I'm saving money to acquire that beast. I learnt it outperforms some Xiaomi devices. I have been using this my note 5 for an awfully long time
