Mine was on lapis arrow too but indicated grande Senegal to pick it but thats all the information i have for now. Despite grand Senegal has left, i still don't have any information. See attached tracking

Regarding the vehicles on Lapis arrow that was offloaded at Cotonou, I received this mail from AFL last night but I don’t know how true is it or maybe Grimaldi is confused.

Dear customer,

According to Grimaldi lines the below units arrived in Lagos yesterday 5/25 but they have to sit on the sea for about 10 days in order to unload the vessel.



Can anyone pls confirm if there are ships sitting on sea because am not based in Lagos. Thanks

Truely very confusing. What does your tracking says? What vessel is expected to carry it on the tracking? Because i suspect it might be grande Nigeria thats expected to berth on 25th but didn't because of space so they use technicality to say "wait fot 10 days"

Kindly log on to google and enter into your search engine Sallaum Line Jacksonville tracking , it will bring out a tracking dialogue box for you, then enter your VIN number to trace and track your shipment on Roro, that’s all sir , please it should be the full VIN number.

I think hoegh Singapore situation might even be better for me thats battling with lapis arrow shippment.

Up till now my tracking indicates grande Senegal to deviler the goods ETA 22nd may. Customer service since Monday said it came with grande Senegal.

I sent a mail to grimaldi benin, i was told its till in their terminal

I now sent a mail to grimaldi Nigeria, i was told "all lapis arrow cargo are on grande Nigeria ETA 10th june"

I now compile benin and Nigeria mail together and sent to both of them and copied napoli headquarters and boom! no response till now. So i can say apparently, i don't know where my cargo is.

I even asked if its possible i stemmed my cargo at cotonou and pay for another shipment to lagos, pls if possible let me know how and cost.

I totally regretted using grimaldi being my first time using them to bring in my vehicle.
