I wish our generation will learn a lesson or two from the rise and fall of Majek Fashek, the rain maker master.
Having sold off shows/concerts is not achievement, superfly life, fastcars, business class flight, owning the big mansion is not really what matters but how you live your life, as the way you live your life in your youth most time ve grave consequences when you grow old.
We all pray and wish for long life but recklessness on our part leads us to early destruction.

Majek Fashek was one of the biggest Raggae star to ever emerge from the shores of Nigeria. He was a multi-talented instrumentalist and a stylist and gifted entertaining musician. Why he went into substance use was baffling and this was his undoing. It wrecked his music career and denied his teeming fans like me the instructive and philosophical music talent he was divinely blessed with. The rain-maker, sun reo!!!!
