Here's a true story.
A man sees a lady, he tells her he wants his son to marry her. Soon the son comes and they're introduced. He likes her. She goes for national service, he meets her there, they agree to marry.
8 years gone into married life, she's unhappy.
She's not pregnant
He's not showing concern
She's trying always to seduce him enough to keep them sexually connected, he's not impressed. He blames tiredness, too much work at the office...
Despite her attempts to make more time for sex, his libido is under par!
....and hers is growing....
Then I ponder...why punish a woman when you know you don't want sex often?
When engage in marriage when you know your sexual capacity is low...

Well...since it's a major problem for them, it's never too late to get a divorce.
For how one can tell....iwd say it's part of the features of "Dating"..or "courtship", during which a person should get acquainted with the sexual prowess and drive of his/her partner. Though our staunch Christian brothers and sisters in the house wont agree to sex before marriage , but i think it would play an important role in answering your question.

Oh please, even a gay man can get it up with a woman. There are many gay guys on the DL married to women with kids and they satisfy the women. Sex is just an action, anybody can do it. sexuality is an attraction. The guy has underlying factors that needs to be therapized out. Lolz, but people pressured him into marrying forgetting he may have a reason not wanting to. It's indeed very very difficult for a man to tell a lady that his engine has knocked sha. Very difficult situation.
