The Congratulatory message signed by the Leader of APC in Obio/Akpor LGA in Rivers State, Chief Tony Okocha (Former Chief of Staff to Rivers State Government), recounts that Distinguished Sen. Magnus Abe was an Extraordinary State law Maker, Fantastic information Commissioner Rivers State, and Chairman Senate Committee on Petroleum (Down Stream) in the 7th senate.
