I think many data scientists will agree that SQL is the foundation of data analysis. In fact, some jobs require you to know SQL and nothing more.
If you are getting to data science and don't have knowledge of SQL, then you've still got ways to go.

For those struggling to learn SQL, got some news for you. I'll be organizing a SQL class for free in some days (maybe a few weeks?). If you are interested, send me a PM and I'll add your name to the list. When we get to a reasonable number, I'll open the class. Perhaps we can get new people interested in SQL, or help beginners firm up their knowledge.

Mode of delivery: online (zoom)
Time: will be about 7-9pm Nigerian time on a weekend.

Yes you can but it has to be on the cloud i.e you'll have to use Jupyter notebook from your web browser.

Maybe the csv file is not in the same directory as python/anaconda. you should write the whole csv path directory in your code.

pd.read_csv(r'\c:user\desktop\filename.csv')

I just finished my machine learning course.
I learned regression and classification algorithms like SVM, Linear/logistic regression,Random forest, Decision Trees,k nearest neighbor, gradient boosting and co.
Also I learnt unsupervised learning too, and also cross validation,grid search and com
I've also practiced on kaggle too.

Please someone should advise me, I want to learn programming from scratch and I've ordered for a laptop but I don't know if this laptop can do the job as it looks like a low end system.

I know little about programming for now, I ordered for the laptop just to make sure I have some necessary tools before starting it, from the things I read online I think I will like to start with phyton. I love web design and android app coding.
