I visit the school yearly courtesy of IMPACT AFRICA FOUNDATION. Oba Abolarin is rare king! I have over 100 pictures of the school to validate this incredible truth

I also do not think you need me or any middleman in this, because one other thing I know about this great Oba is his accessibility. He gives ear to anybody irrespective of status.

Oragun in Ifedayo LGA . The Man deserves a Federal Recognition. I have never seen a King who has so much passion for education and Community development. I can still remember his words " Always keep your contacts Don't joke with them"
He told us back then that he doesn't have money but contacts work for him. The king is down to earth and open to ideas that can bring about development to his Community. He accepted the throne and left Abroad to Develope the community. His community benefited alot from Aregbesola's Govt.
He is the greatest I have seen.
Long live Oba Aronikeye , the Orangun of Okeila Orangun.

Before the inception of sense in this our obodo Naija, the yorubas have always realized the potential of proper education for the next generation.
This sort of news is a breath of fresh air in a country filled with self serving interests and contract begging monarchs!
This king will certainly live forever in these people’s hearts and minds whether u wish him long life or not!

He was a polytechnic lecturer before he ascended the throne of his forefathers. He is not a rich man in the material sense of it ,but he is comfortable.

What makes the difference here is that while some of his colleagues kings are using their positions as kings to buy Bentleys,Mercedes and other exotic cars,his own passion is education and that's what he prioritises.

I know this because I know somebody that knows him.

He gets help from friends too. I know someone dt personally donates stuff for the school sometimes. Everyone speaks highly of the king in these circles cos his passion for the villages (ila and oke-ila) is sincere & he's never self-serving.

A few years ago he was in the US, and at a meeting with indegenes he was advocating that people come to the villages to set up companies & provide jobs. He was prepared to give out land at rock bottom prices. I know someone dt went back, built and opened a library for the community, which gives free waec training. the library's students have had a 90% success rate for higher institution admission. He really is a good leader using his influence for good. More monarchs should be like him.

I agree with you absolutely ! Kabiyesi is a good leader who deserves to be celebrated by all and sundries.
