The court can’t throw away the direct primary. Reason been that it is conducted by the National body of the party and all the factions in Edo participated in the primary. This case is same like Ogun and Imo. Obaseki and his camp knows this and that’s the reason they’re making accusations all the time.

The worst direct primaries will always be better than indirect primaries.

The indirect primaries only favours the faction with deepest pockets. You appoint your delegates and pay them hard currency and they will never fail.

The direct primaries however ensures that those with conscience will do the needful and those with price tags gets a small stipend. There is also a limit to the rigging even though its possible but at a lesser scale to the indirect primaries.
