[img][/img]I have learned the fundamentals of html and css and thinking of moving to bootstrap but I want to practice by building sites from scratch.

So I started with harsh agrawal shoutmeloud.com but got stucked and I noticed they use bootstrap which make it more complex .

Do you know any site I can get not too complex html &css design ideas from?

Since you have learnt the basics of HTML and CSS, you can start by designing any website — don't just look for simple ones. Maybe you can start with Nairaland.

Have you considered learning C# which is a top and highly demanded technology of the Microsoft .Net framework?
