Pixel binning DOES NOT depend on the camera specs on the the processor

The Camon 15 premier's binned 64mp from 16mp and A single camera mode of up to 25MP is supported on the Helio p35

If it's the bolded, sorry I can't believe that. Helio P35 do not support 64mp so I don't understand how Tecno did the binning.
