I doubt if scanning will pull any code ,look a good electrician to troubleshoot the issue for you and i don't see any relationship between coolant going down and issue of non starting for that model of Corolla.Fix your non starting issue first and address low coolant next .

I need your informed inputs.
I drove into my house this evening after visiting a relation.
I parked the car in. Then tried restarting to repark properly.
The car won't start but the check light comes on as if it wants to start.
Pls I need ur 3rd eyes here as I have to attend to an important meeting tomorrow morning
It looks like a rewiring issue if I can suggest but I don't know what to look out for.
Pls kindly assist.
Car is Toyota Corolla sports 2006.

For Toyota Corolla 2009 American Spec, does the hub needs to be replaced to fix a bad wheel speed sensor at the rear of the car?. That was what a mechanic said yesterday when I told them to replace it.

Earlier when I scanned the car, the resulting code indicated the sensor was bad

Well the coolant compartment has coolant on it filled to maximum.
It's the coolant in radiator I was talking about.
This morning when I firstly wanted to start the car, it was close to starting then made a blitz sound like 2 wire touching.
Then only the regular check light came on just like yesterday.

But radautoworks says I should not let a rewire lay hands on it.

Oga Get an auto electrician to check for partial contact from battery terminals.

Worst case the starter motor will be repaired.

Check the spot you usually park your car and your Steering fluid reservoir for possible shortage due to leakages from any of the steering components.

In the absence of no leakage, take your car to a certified automobile mechanic

The Kickstarter hub attenuating to the engine had the wire not perfectly keyed into it, hence the spark sound. My mech here is happy cos money don enter him hand.

I noticed that the water level in my radiator has gone very low which has never happened b4.
I recall I entered a very bad pothole yesterday night(I was going in very slowly) but it was deep
Could it be my car was overheating due to contact at the base with a bad portion of the road.
Also I noticed water coming out from a small hose which was unusual.
Picture not clear so sorry. I am in a hurry

No it's not rolling.
My radiator water gone down
I topped it with water to see if it would drain probably there was a leak but suprisingly I wasn't up to a half a pint it filled up.
It had be never been this low(I could see the base of the radiator handle where the water is poured into.
It made a blitz sound this morning (not a click sound but like when 2 wires are touching) when I tried to start.
I will buy a car scanner and post the codes.
I am sourcing for a car I will use temporarily.
Thankfully I am not going to work on Monday.

That's one problem fixed but you said you also had other issues like overheating or did I misunderstand?

Yeah, I did say but I was postulating what could cause the sudden issue especially when I saw the water level in the radiator.
From the look of things the car is back to normal.
I will take it on a test drive this evening and check water level again & give u feedback.
