Till we get a solid evidence to confirm if tecno's lying, there's no need belittling and throwing insults at each other. Neither is there any need to threathen anybody. We are doing dis for d greater good of everyone, but we dnt need to tear each other to achieve it. Op rather than dismissing d whole stuff, why dnt u help search for d perceived evidence? That image from Sony was meant to stay hidden but I thought everyone would want to see it. As well as a confirmation email from the guys at DXOMARK, if anyone knows what a Sony 64mp imx686 lens looks and function as, it's them..

1. Probably can't answer your query cos it's a "non-sony" product
2. Question is being avoided, business ethics and all

Only hope is to wait for DXO reply and review eventually... Unless Transsion pulls a Figgers Wireless move on them (Flossy Carter fans understands). All the same, keep up. When the time reach to slap some sense and force a change or show them the exit door, I'm all in.

Be rest assured a follow is in place. Where I will be stating that, this inquisition is not just from me or any single individual. But from the citizens and well meaning Smartphones users of Nigeria.

I will be providing Sony with a search query to run on twitter. When they see the amount of persons making this inquiry, it will be of Sony's best interest to speak on the issue. Seeing its now a public issue where Sony was confidently mentioned in Tecno's official site and Sony® will be left with little or no choice but to answer this question being asked. If Sony refuses, then it would mean one thing. Sony does not respect Nigerians either, even as Tecno/Transission has no regards for them.

I have retweeted on my not so new Twitter account. This madness has got to stop, the only Tecno device I ever used was q1 when my Galaxy s2 gave up that very day I felt the charging port was very lose for a new phone...3 weeks in I'm visiting carlcare so much ppl mistake me for an employee..well I only bought cos I wasn't financially capable ATM to get Galaxy s3 so the money no pain me much about 19k at the time.

After my nth visit to carlcare I just drop the phone for shelf imagine bending in all sorts of positions to get your phone to charge....everything about that phone screamed poor quality even the qwerty keyboard no d disappoint at all. (Stiff modafvcka). I switched to Xperia zr the coming days...been using all sorts of crazy phones since then (I still blame myself for getting a Tecno device cos I know better) but at the time it was the only cheap option....


Fast forward years later my inlaw wants to get a phone for my lil sis I suggest redmi note 5 at the time...nobody listens cos Tecno is a household name..they got her a spark 4 (it's been misery all the way) .. the experience was so bad my sis didn't even listen when I suggested a redmi note 8 pro over her Galaxy a30s for 88k (apparently she no wan hear stories)


I'm all good with it tho since it ain't Tecno and she doesn't play heavy games like I do plus Samsung support.

Tecno has to upgrade or pack up and leave.
