IT'S COUNCILORSHIP BY WHICH CHAIRMAN AND OTHER EXECUTIVES ARE CHOSEN BY VOTES AMONG THE COUNCILORS. More like parliamentary system of Government. I DON'T KNOW IF OYETOLA'S ADMINISTRATION HAS REVERSED THIS THOUGH. |
