I am facing similar draining issue. Things I have tried.
Redownloaded miui11 V.0.5.0 and reinstalled.

Rebooted.

Factory reset.

All have not worked.

My phone dies at 18% battery.

All software up to date.

Right now my SIM CARDS are out of it.

Yet it drains.

When switched off. It drains to zero. You have to power it with the charger.

I am at my wit's end.

Kindly help.

Change Ranking to percentage on that battery chart and post your a screenshot.

Because the outlook of your battery chart started on MIUI 11 and I am surprised you are still on MIUI 10. Can you also post a picture of your phone carton?

Unless you mean i should change it to mAh.

The carton is at home. I'm currently at work. Will snap it when I get home.
But what exactly is causing the battery drainage and inability to update?

Click on the highlighted, change to details and share a screenshot.

When you snap the carton I can now conclude on your update problem, that one can be resolved easily.
