I use RN7 too. there was a time I noticed almost same experience as urs. I changed my browsing SIM from Airtel to MTN and I have bn fine
Its not my network, I'm currently using MTN and my PNT is LTE.
So i know its not a network problem.

Hi gurus, how do I activate developer option on my redmi 8?
I usually get the android display after continuously pressing 7 times., but it won't notify "developer option activated"

Go to settings, tap on about phone, tap on miui version severally until you see you are now a developer. Then go back to additional settings and see Developer options

You need to first update your MIUI version to the current one. I also use a redmi note 7 and am on MIUI Global 11.0.6.0. e be like say u dey fear to update your phone.

For your tempered glass, earphone and phone case, all these can be gotten on Xiaomi thread store. You don't have to ship anything.

Your battery is bad. And mostly this problems is related to charging. Get a replacement battery.

Sorry for your issues. This one is hardware related.
