Exactly. If you can rent the wood for 100k, that is 450k savings. And for lintel later, you can never spend 1/4th of the saved cost.
As Segzy14 also mentioned, consider if you will have parapet on the building as this will also require wood later. I made precast parapet, so not much is needed.

We used plastic layers on my rented woods, so there was no single leakage when pouring the concrete. And the wood still look good whn the guy came to remove them.
But there are Pro and Con to everything in life.

You and Hajji mufutau are very correct ma,
To get that number of wood to rent YOU MUST make sure the person bring the plank to the site before payment oo ,based on diff experience I get on this work if not what happened in 1888 will repeated itself o.

What i do mostly now is that i do buy wood and sell it off immediately after the decking,but i will leave little quantities for the lintels. O parri o , this usually safe me from unnecessary argument with some fellas in the name of renting wood this days. Unless if its just small woods for urgent work.

Let me help u, what is the size of decking? i will give you new marine board full sheet @ half price then take away after use. No cutting, 4nails on each board. you get wood 4 beam from 1x12 you buy.

Wood is difficult in market now. i doubt if u will see only if you hv a construction site near you, Carpenter will delay service if he is to bring wood & you will hv to buy damper proof to get good result.

You will need 62 flat sheet of marine board.

Very good idea. You deal in this business, so you know better. I am just an end-user. I can't even get anyone to buy my bamboo or even pack it away free, after use, that I had burn everything, they were well used though.

And that is not unusual these days i must say - 1 fully detached in front and 2 semi detached behind - as shown in the initial layout illustration.

Whats left is then minor details for implementation. but yes, very possible and commonplace in lekki.
