Have you ever wondered why your business isn't making sales?

You struggle to make one sale in a week or a month?

You waste your precious resources on generating paid traffic only to record abysmal conversion rates.

What a waste! It's utterly disheartening...

This how I felt months backs when I launched a tour package. Everything was awesome about it: the price, benefits and discounts.

But no one was buying. No even a single enquiry. It was that bad.

A month after launch, still no sales.

"There is fire on the mountain," I said while narrating my ordeal to my friend.

I had to go back through what I was selling with the question "where did I miss it? "

After two weeks of research, I came to one conclusion. That what I was selling was just a product and not an offer.

Check this out...

A single product is Eba.

An offer is Eba plus egusi soup with stockfish, pomo, goat meat, and a glass of Hollandia Yoghurt to wash it down.

Spot the difference?

This knowledge was the game changer for me. I relaunched the tour package not as a product but as an offer. The next day I got a call from California, USA. A family of 5 was interested and ready to pay for it. The interesting part was that they were chasing me with calls. The offer indeed was juicy.

The secret cure to your dwindling conversion rate is an irresistible offer.

It's an art known to few. An irresistible offer makes your customers beg you to collect their money.

These are secrets and proven strategies that professional marketers pay thousands of dollars to learn.

But you're getting it for free!

I and my business partner would be sharing these secrets in an exclusive Irresistible Offer Masterclass.

If you can afford it, attending certain private Universities has a higher advantage to public schools.

It still looks like a well equipped, advanced high-end secondary school, considering it's size.
Out of all the Universities' pictures threads on Nairaland lately, only the threads from South Africa and Ghana meet the aesthetic high standard of what University should look like. But since our leaders don't have any iota of shame, they should keep adoring the beautiful environments outside this shiit hole, wearing Agbada all about while their own country stinks. God forsaken prodigal sons.

The slogan 'giant of Africa' still remains a derogatory ironic mockery to Nigeria.
Nigeria is nothing but the giant of Africa.
Okay, note that all those beautiful universities abroad with nice buildings, their students pay fees in the region of N3 million and above.

Here in Nigeria, university fees are kept as low as N50000 or less for government universites. Some manage to charge N300000. South Africa that you are admiring, the cheapest fees for unviersity there is equivalent to N850000 naira. Ghana pays between 1.3 million to 4.7million naira (that's for the University of Ghana)

Attempts to increase fees in Nigeria are always met with resistance. ASUU spent several years fighting for an extra N3 trillion promised, yet you people told them to go and sit down.

You can't get N5million worth from just N50000. If you want nice bulidings in your universites, then allow government to INCREASE THE FEES. And stop all this talk about poverty. University needs money. If you want nice buildings, pay for it.

You can't tell me this is ALL of Nile. Where are the different college buildings?
I think they have just two buildings, lol (apart from the places to get food). Two huge buildings though. I went there in 2017 and that was all I saw.

Some Zombies will still criticize and compare it with the only one a country not more than a state in Nigeria has. They never see anything good about anything that belongs to them.

Still below par, and not as classy as the University of Ghana. Nigeria is a disgrace in every ramifications.

Nile University? This one could be an Egyptian university.
Oil rich country with 200 million people yet it can't afford to have decent centers of learning.

Tufiakwa!!
Can we hear word pls
If you so much cherish the so called university of Ghana, you can leave Nigeria and go to Ghana and study.
Inferiority complex at it peak.

Seriously I don't Kno what special thing you guys saw in that Ghana school. It only looks beautiful but if you have a critical analytical eye, the school won't look any special to you. The only thing outstanding there was the arrangement of buildings nothing more.
